How we price
Plainly stated.
Bring your facility profile to a walkthrough — bed count, sites,
departments, and which modules you’d switch on first. You leave with
a written quote: the edition, implementation scope, and any services,
itemized.
- Never per patient
- We don’t meter care. Editions are sized by beds, sites, staff, and the modules you enable — patient volume never changes your bill.
- Annual saves 15%
- Annual billing is exactly 15% below twelve monthly payments, with price protection for the term.
- Implementation is one-time
- Outpatient Core is a flat $3,500. Hospital implementations are scoped in writing from $12,000; Enterprise is quoted per network.
- Staff bands, not seat meters
- Each edition licenses a band of staff accounts — 25 for Outpatient Core, 250 for Full Hospital, quoted at Enterprise, unlimited on Enterprise Plus. It’s a contract term, not a shut-off: outgrow your band and we move you up a tier at renewal, we don’t lock your people out mid-shift. Patients are never counted.
- Spread the implementation
- Pay it upfront, or across 12 or 24 monthly installments — the term available to you depends on the contract you sign. Outpatient Core works out to $370/month over 12, or $220/month over 24.
- Grow module by module
- Module toggles double as licensing in the product itself — start with Outpatient Core and switch on wards, pharmacy, or theatre when each team is ready.
- Security is never an upsell
- 2FA, RBAC with audited break-glass, the hash-chained audit trail, and the full REST API are in every edition.
- Deployment is your choice at the top
- Enterprise and Enterprise Plus can run as managed cloud, on-premises, or hybrid — the same codebase either way. Lower editions are managed cloud.
- Your data, regardless
- A dedicated database per facility. If you ever leave, it goes with you.
